My Role: UX designer

Problem: With the advancement of remote work, freelancer work platforms, and the arrival of web3, it is becoming increasingly difficult to effectively verify the knowledge of certain workers, such as programmers.

Solution: Prutopia offers a solution for both workers and companies.

For workers, it allows them to connect all the data from their work platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn, and generate a digital identity with their entire professional journey, reputation, and experience all in one place, allowing users to own their data.

For companies, it enables them to identify the best talent in a simple and straightforward manner, validate who is really part of their teams, and facilitate benefits with brands.

Reflection: My work at Prutopia was very focused on improving the usability and aesthetics of a product under development. I believe it is a great example of how web3 can be used to own our on-chain reputation by integrating data from traditional web2 platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn, providing value to both companies and users.
